Arriving at this point where you are ready to make forward progress towards creating a better life is a huge step- it takes courage and insight. Navigating your way towards a happier, healthier, more balanced, and fulfilled life is not easy and we are not meant to do it alone. As your counselor I will work with you in a collaborative process- we will work towards the life you strive for while providing tools, motivation, support, empathy, and insight along the way. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults and couples in the areas of anxiety, postpartum, self esteem, relationships, and life transitions.
My approach to counseling combines clinical therapeutic methods with practices to integrate body and mind to promote whole being wellness.
Through the counseling experience, my intention is to provide a safe place for self exploration where you will feel heard, valued, and supported. My desire is to help my clients develop a deeper connection with themselves and create safe space to connect with their own abilities for healing and transformation. I look forward to taking this journey with you!

“Mental health can significantly affect our physical health and sometimes symptoms can be both mentally and physically uncomfortable. I am here to help you learn healthy ways to manage stress.
I like to work with my clients to identify their goals and think of manageable and reasonable ways to obtain them and help them feel better and more confident about their abilities.
Therapy is collaborative and personalized to meet the unique needs of the individual. In my role as a therapist, I strive to provide individualized support that integrates mind/ body practices as well as a variety of therapeutic methods and draws upon the individuals own insight, strengths and abilities.
The path to a more fulfilling life can be hard work but I am here to help support you in your efforts, remind you that you are worth succeeding, and challenge you when needed.
Everyone has the capacity and the right to enjoy life and have some semblance of peace, often therapy can be the first step on the journey to healing.
